All enamel signs are made in a super quality by hand. This basically happens in 4 steps.

1. The raw plate steel is prepared, smoothed and polished.
Then the plate is rounded, punched out and the edges are processed. Subsequently, a base layer of enamel is applied to the plate.

2. The logo, text and colors are completely prepared by hand. Stencils required for the powder procedure (applying the enamel) are cut. Subsequently, the treatment takes place.

3. The enamel plate is retuched with the help of a brush. Correcting happens by removing excess powder. This requires a steady hand and optimal concentration.

4. The enamel plate is heated for a long time per color in the oven at 800 degrees C (burned) and comes out of the oven glowing. After cooling, the last quality control takes place. Then the plate is ready for shipping. Special orders need 5 - 8 weeks after payment!
