All enamel signs are made in a super quality by hand. This basically happens in 4 steps.
1. The raw plate steel is prepared, smoothed and polished.
Then the plate is rounded, punched out and the edges are processed. Subsequently, a base layer of enamel is applied to the plate.
2. The logo, texts and colors are completely prepared by hand. Stencils required for the powder procedure (applying the enamel) are cut. Subsequently, the treatment takes place.
3. The enamel plate is retouched with the help of a brush. Correcting happens by removing excess powder. This requires a steady hand and optimal concentration.

4. The enamel plate is heated for a long time per color in the oven at 800 degrees C (burned) and comes out glowing from the oven. After cooling, the last quality control takes place. And the plate is ready for shipment.
